Pet Grooming Policy

We are always happy to welcome you.


For your comfort, we kindly ask our valued clients to arrive 10 minutes before the appointment.


If the client is more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the appointment may be rescheduled in order to respect the timing of other clients. In this case:

  • If we are notified at least 30 minutes before the appointment, no fee will be deducted.
  • If the client does not show up and does not notify us, 50% of the service fee will be refunded.

For the health of all pets, we cannot accept pets suffering from fungal infections, contagious diseases, or viruses.


We may kindly refuse service if a pet behaves aggressively or may cause harm to itself or to our staff, in order to ensure everyone’s safety.


We assure you that all grooming services are carried out in accordance with proper health and safety protocols, to guarantee the comfort and well-being of your pet.


We kindly ask clients to ensure that their pets are in good health before bringing them to the session.


Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
