Returns & Refunds

We are pleased to inform you that you may exchange or return your purchases and receive a refund in accordance with the following terms and conditions:


  • You may exchange or return your purchase within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • Purchased items must be in their original condition and unused.
  • The original invoice must be provided when requesting an exchange or refund.
  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used at the time of purchase. If you paid in cash, you will receive a cash refund. If you paid by bank card (credit/KNET), the refund will be credited back to your card within 7 business days from the return date, as shown on the original invoice.
  • If you return products after receiving free delivery, a delivery fee of 2 KD will be deducted from the refund amount to cover delivery costs. This helps us continue to offer excellent delivery services to our valued customers.
  • If the returned product was part of a promotion and included a gift, the gift must also be returned. If not returned, its value will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • We regret that we cannot accept returns or refunds on items that have been used, modified, assembled, or installed, including pet furniture, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • We also cannot accept returns or refunds on items made to specific specifications or custom orders.

Please note that pet food and perishable products are not eligible for return or exchange, in line with health regulations and to ensure the safety of our customers and their pets. If you receive a damaged product or one that does not match your order, we will exchange or refund it according to the legal guarantee.


The right to exchange and return is governed by Consumer Protection Law No. 39/2014.
